Failure in scanner operation has been reported on all the models when using a ISA bus SCSI board with Windows® 2000. As a PCI bus is widely used instead of the ISA bus at present, the ISA bus will not be upgraded for Windows® 2000. Resolving Print jobs stuck in queue and other printing problems using the HP Print and Scan Doctor. Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor; Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor is open, click Start, and then choose your printer. If your printer is not listed, turn it on and click Retry.
